Si-Rubber

1. Product
Pushing M series impact modifier is a silsesquioxane modified acrylate impact modifier, which can provide a variety of engineering plastics impact resistance and modulus retention. Due to its special silicon-based POSS and acrylate core-shell structure, while improving the impact strength, it will not damage other performances, such as heat deflection temperature; and it has no adverse effect on weather resistance. It can be applied to the following engineering plastic resins to improve impact strength: polycarbonate (PC), polyester (PET, PBT), styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer (SAN) and alloys of these polymers. The product is also suitable for thermosetting resins such as glass fiber reinforced nylon and epoxy resin.
2. Physical performance
- Appearance: Flowable white powder
- Bulk density of powder: 0.42±0.1g/cc
- Volatile: <1.0%
3. Product advantages
Excellent low-temperature impact resistance, stability and colorability, resist and adapt to cold stress of -40 ℃.
Pushing M series impact modifiers use silsesquioxane as the core and grafted polymethyl methacrylate as the shell. This core-shell structure allows the product to be dispersed as individual particles in the substrate.
4. Applications
Widely used in plastic POM, PC/ABS, PA, PMMA, PS, etc.
Suitable for auto parts such as bumpers and body panels; blender shells, electrical parts shells such as computer and mobile phone shells; thermosetting adhesives.
Typical data: 3% added PC
5. Packing specification
